WapQuote

Subscribers can access the same market data in WapQuote. This includes real time quotes, order book, intraday chart, historical chart, and news. In order to use this service, you need access to a mobile telephone with WAP functionality.

The first time you start your mobile phone to a WAP service, certain settings must be made on your telephone. Your mobile operator will provide this information. Entering WAP links varies but for most telephones, the following applies:

Step 1: Add URL

Select Menu to enter a bookmark on your mobile telephone, and enter the following as URL-link: http://wap.theonlinetrader.com/

Step 2: Enter user name and password

Following a small welcoming note, you will see the login page. Please enter your username and password (login and password are the same as on The Online Trader). Now select the “Login”-link on the bottom.

Tip:

To save you from entering the username and password every time you use the service, we recommend that you save the username and password as a bookmark on your telephone. Please use the following link:
http://wap.theonlinetrader.com/wq.dll/main?cid=<username>&pwd=<password>

Please note that <username> and <password> must be substituted with your real username and password. Remember to enter the link precisely as shown above. Example:
http://wap.theonlinetrader.com/wq.dll/main?cid=johnny&pwd=secret

Important:

WapQuote works as an ordinary The Online Trader client, which means that it disconnects the real time flow to other clients with the same login. This means that you can enter the WAP service even if you have forgotten to exit The Online Trader on your PC.
